Zencrebe was the former head of Chronos Toronto research facility that came under attack by the underground resistance force Zeus' Thunderbolt. Unfortunately for this model he was no match for Guyver III.

Appearance-wise this model seemed to a taller and more streamlined version of the Hyper Zoanoid Team Five member Derzerb. This model featured a large amount of spikes over it's body that upon moving would create a magnetic field that could be fired as a microwave beam powerful enough to kill a normal human.
